We are hired when a platform matters to the business: it has to be delivered, it has to stay fast, and it has to survive the next five years of new rules and new data.
Performance engineering
We find where time actually goes and remove the work that multiplies: repeated calculation, wide rows carried too far, combinatorial growth, N+1 queries.
Legacy .NET modernisation
Web Forms, MVC 5 and .NET Framework applications moved to ASP.NET Core and .NET 8 in controlled steps, with equivalence verified at each one.

Performance is rarely one spectacular fix. It is the accumulated cost of ordinary decisions, repeated at scale. So we start by measuring, and the first move is usually to remove something, not to add it.
Measure
We split execution into stages and record volumes, cardinalities, time, repetitions and errors, against the real business scenario.
Eliminate
Why calculate this at all? We reduce the data moved and remove repeated work before adding hardware or complexity.
Endure
We deliver quickly, validate against real growth, and leave code, logs and decisions clear enough for someone else to continue.
